Professional
As a professional, you will be approached proactively for vacancies within the fields that match your field, level of education, personal ambition, region of residence, employment preference, salary indication and availability;
Telephone notes, email messages and personal conversations are processed in a Customer Relations Management system (CRM), so that candidate management becomes increasingly accurate in favor of the professional;
The moment you are open to receiving a current vacancy, it will be shared with you by email.
If you are interested in the opportunity, a (live) conversation will be scheduled if this has not yet taken place in the past;
If you agree, your profile will be shared with the potential employer.
Client
Gryphon Search shares a Curriculum Vitae of a selected candidate who has given permission to share his or her candidacy with the employer based on a current and discussed vacancy or personal interest for the employer.
Your current Curriculum Vitae, e-mails, notes, shortlists and personal selection criteria are stored in the CRM System called ai.Find.
